Terms of Service

By accessing chargegrant.com (the "Platform") or using any of our tools, reports, or services, you ("User," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to that entity.

ChargeGrant is India's EV Charging Station Intelligence Platform, providing:

• Free Intelligence Tools: Subsidy Eligibility Checker, Revenue Estimator, DISCOM Tariff Directory, Schemes Directory, EV Adoption Heatmap, News & Circulars, and Setup Guide.
• Premium Reports & Resources: Station Setup Cost (BoQ), Tariff & Scheme Alert, and Detailed Subsidy Report.
• Professional Filing Services: DISCOM Connection Application, Subsidy Application Filing, BEE Empanelment Assistance, and Pan India EPC Service.
• Invest & Franchise Portal: A form-based matching service for individuals with capital or real estate who wish to partner in EV charging deployment.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use the Platform. ChargeGrant is intended for professionals, investors, and businesses involved in or evaluating EV charging infrastructure. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Certain features (such as saving tool results, accessing purchased reports, and tracking filed services) require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@chargegrant.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ChargeGrant is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.

ChargeGrant's free tools — including the Subsidy Eligibility Checker and Revenue Estimator — aggregate publicly available government data, DISCOM tariff schedules, and scheme eligibility criteria to generate estimates.

ChargeGrant updates its databases regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of all scheme and tariff data. We strongly recommend verifying critical figures with the relevant government authority or a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

Paid reports (including the BoQ, ROI Report, and Subsidy Report) are prepared based on the inputs and parameters you provide and publicly available data at the time of generation. They are for informational and planning purposes.

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with prior notice on the Platform.

Paid reports are made available digitally via your account dashboard or email within the timeframe specified at purchase. For on-demand generated reports (BoQ, ROI), delivery is typically immediate upon payment confirmation.

Filing services involve human-assisted preparation, collation, and/or portal submission of documents on your behalf. These include:

• DISCOM Connection Application (₹1,999): Preparation and submission of load connection application to your state DISCOM.
• Subsidy Application Filing (₹2,499): End-to-end form preparation, document collation, portal submission, and 90-day follow-up communications.
• BEE Empanelment Assistance (₹3,999): Full documentation and portal submission for BEE CPO empanelment.
• Station Setup — Pan India EPC (Custom Quote): Civil, electrical, charger installation, commissioning, and project management.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and authentic documents and information as requested by our team.
• Respond to document requests in a timely manner. Delays in providing required documents may extend service timelines without refund obligation.
• Ensure all uploaded documents are legally valid, unaltered, and belong to you or your authorised entity.

EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services are subject to a separate project-specific contract and scope of work agreed upon before commencement. These Terms apply to the engagement initiation; detailed project terms will be in your EPC agreement.

By submitting the Invest & Franchise form, you acknowledge that:

• You are providing information for the purpose of being contacted about EV charging investment or land partnership opportunities.
• Submission of the form does not constitute a binding investment commitment or franchise agreement.
• Any specific investment or franchise arrangement will be governed by a separate written agreement.
• ChargeGrant may share your contact and project details with internal teams or empanelled EPC and CPO partners to facilitate introductions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• You warrant that the investment range and site information provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

ChargeGrant does not provide SEBI-registered investment advice. Nothing on this Platform constitutes a solicitation to invest in any security or regulated financial product.

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. You will receive a GST invoice via email upon successful payment.

• Auto-generated Reports (BoQ, Subsidy Report): No refund once the report has been generated and delivered, as the service is consumed immediately upon delivery.
• Tariff/Scheme Alert: No refund after activation of the subscription. If you experience a technical failure in delivery, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
• Filing Services (DISCOM, Subsidy, BEE): A refund of 50% of the service fee is available if you cancel before our team begins work (typically within 48 hours of payment confirmation). No refund once document preparation has commenced. Refunds are not available on the basis of government rejection of applications.
• EPC Services: Subject to the terms of the separate EPC agreement.
• Annual Subscriptions (Tariff Alert): No partial-year refunds. Subscriptions may be cancelled before renewal to prevent auto-renewal charges.

If a payment is deducted from your account but the service is not activated or the report not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@chargegrant.com within 7 days with your transaction reference number.

All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). ChargeGrant is not responsible for additional local taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Nothing on ChargeGrant constitutes legal, financial, tax, engineering, or regulatory advice. The Platform is an information and estimation tool. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions, filing applications, or committing capital.

ChargeGrant strives to maintain up-to-date DISCOM tariff, subsidy scheme, and regulatory data. However, government policies change rapidly. We cannot guarantee that all information on the Platform reflects the most current regulatory position at all times.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

All content on ChargeGrant — including but not limited to platform design, tool logic and algorithms, report formats and templates, text, graphics, the ChargeGrant name and logo, database compilations, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ChargeGrant or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the tool logic, database structures, or backend data.
• Create derivative works or competing products based on ChargeGrant content.
• Use ChargeGrant's brand name or logo without explicit written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform content or paid reports without authorisation.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, tool input, or service order.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Platform without our written permission.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that could damage the Platform or its users.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any ChargeGrant team member or other users.
• Use tool outputs in a manner that misleads investors, lenders, or government authorities (e.g., presenting estimated subsidies as confirmed entitlements in a formal application without verification).

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• ChargeGrant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ChargeGrant in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000 — whichever is greater.
• We are not liable for investment losses, project delays, regulatory rejections, or financial outcomes arising from reliance on Platform estimates.
• We are not liable for delays in filing service outcomes caused by third-party government portals, DISCOM systems, or the actions of government authorities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChargeGrant, its officers, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; (b) false or fraudulent information you provide; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) your reliance on Platform outputs for formal submissions to government authorities without independent verification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a legal or security risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@chargegrant.com. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any paid services already rendered.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 11, 13, 14, 16) shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If no resolution is reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration conducted in India in the English language. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.

ChargeGrant may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date, notify registered users by email, and post a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and close your account.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChargeGrant regarding your use of the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
• No Waiver: Failure by ChargeGrant to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
• Force Majeure: ChargeGrant shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including government actions, natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party platform failures.
• Language: These Terms are in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
